M3 USA, a global healthcare solutions leader, seeks a Staff Accountant to join our US finance team. You will prepare monthly journal entries, handle intercompany transactions, and support the month-end close with accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 1–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot, XLOOKUP), familiarity with NetSuite, and a willingness to learn AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 1–3 years of related accounting experience.
• Strong accuracy, ability to meet deadlines, and well-documented workpapers.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Proficiency in IFRS concepts and applying them to financial reporting.
• Willingness to learn AI or automation tools to improve efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries for leases, assets, tax, and other costs.
• Prepare monthly cost allocations across business units.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including intercompany items and fixed assets.
• Support month-end close by completing reconciliations and entries on time.
• Maintain fixed asset records, additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
• Process customer payments and maintain receivables records for units.
• Prepare and distribute intercompany invoices for shared costs.
• Invoice clients monthly for recruiter travel and reconcile receipts.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested.
