Job summary

Trove Brands, LLC. in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a detail-oriented staff accountant to join our in-office finance team. You will support general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, payroll reporting, and month-end close, while upholding GAAP and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in accounting, a BA in accounting, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and SQL knowledge.

Qualifications

1–2 years of general accounting, finance, or related business experience.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
SQL knowledge is preferred.
Confident working with internal and external customers.
Working knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts for general ledger.
Support treasury activities including bank reconciliations and cash receipts/disbursements.
Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and related reconciliations.
Prepare payroll accounting and headcount-related reporting.
Assist month-end close with schedules, reconciliations, and supporting entries.
Maintain accurate records, respond to audit requests, and help improve processes.
