Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or related experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process utility bills (telecom, cable, internet).
• Prepare and process a high volume of vendor invoices; facilitate payments via ACH.
• Code invoices accurately using HPI GL codes.
• Secure online access to vendor invoices to streamline processing.
• Review invoices at the corporate office and forward for approval.
• Assist in audits and issuing tenant refunds.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
