Job summary

Qualified candidates will have at least two years of accounting experience, proficiency in major accounting software, and a solid understanding of GAAP. Public accounting exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, Great Plains.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts and balance sheets.
• Make journal entries.
• Assist with month, quarter, and year end closes.
• Process AP, AR, and payroll.
• Run financial reports.
• Prepare for audits and tax filings.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Other related tasks as required.
