Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries for month-end close.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts per GAAP and internal policies.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and research variances.
• Assist with internal financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and reconciliations as needed.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and operations to drive accurate financial outcomes.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements.
