Job summary

Allied Mineral Products is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform advanced accounting activities supporting timely financial reporting. This role analyzes financial information, conducts complex reconciliations, and coordinates month-end close.

You will partner with corporate accounting and cross-functional teams to improve processes, support audits, and ensure adherence to policies. CPA is desired but not required; 2 years of experience preferred; ERP experience and MS Office skills valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA is desired but not required.
• 2 years of experience preferred, but recent grads with accounting internships will be considered.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial records and reconciliations.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close activities and journal entries.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with policies.
