Job summary

Technical-Link North America is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant to own the weekly financial workflow for our staffing business in West Palm Beach, FL. You will convert timesheets into invoices and payroll, manage receivables, and deliver ownership clear revenue, cash flow, and margins reports.

The role requires coordinating payroll with an outside provider, maintaining the general ledger in QuickBooks, and producing month-end close outputs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Hands-on accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, invoicing.
• Experience coordinating payroll with an outside provider.
• Experience preparing monthly financial statements.
• Strong Excel skills and QuickBooks or similar software.
• Proven track record meeting weekly billing/payroll deadlines.
• Detail oriented with discretion handling confidential information.
• Clear, professional communication with ownership, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Contractor billing and payroll: process timesheets, verify hours, prepare client invoices, coordinate payroll with provider.
• Accounts receivable and cash flow: track open invoices, follow up on balances, resolve disputes.
• Bookkeeping and month-end close: maintain general ledger, AP/AR, reconcile accounts, run close and reports.
• Profitability and management reporting: track gross profit, prepare weekly/monthly summaries and reports.
• Administration: maintain files, vendor records, onboarding paperwork, and process improvements.
