Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree with Accounting or Finance concentration.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Applied knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Hybrid schedule: up to 1 day work from home per week.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude towards working in a team environment.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in month end close by preparing and uploading journal entries.
• Coordinate with departments to confirm transactions and accruals.
• Prepare account reconciliations and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Maintain accounting spreadsheets and apply Excel formulas.
• Assist with processes for new contracts or agreements.
• Gather and analyze information from the GL and other departments.
• Distribute reports to business units and management.
• Provide prompt support to departments via phone and email.
• Assist supervisor and management with business tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
