Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Understanding GAAP, debits/credits, accruals and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or SAP and strong Excel skills.
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close tasks and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and record journal entries for assigned GL accounts.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and basic account analysis.
• Research discrepancies and propose corrections to senior staff.
• Prepare recurring accruals and assist with quarter/annual accruals.
• Maintain organized supporting documentation for close activities.
• Support year-end audits with requested schedules and documentation.
• Assist with tax filings such as Sales/Use and other taxes.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
