Job summary

CMA Architects & Engineers, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, fully bilingual Accountant to join our Administration Department in Guaynabo, PR. The role is a regular full-time position within a professional team, focusing on the complete accounting cycle and financial accuracy.

The ideal candidate will bring 2 years of accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with Sage 50. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to support our diverse client base and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 2 years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel with advanced Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Knowledge in Sage 50 Accounting and familiarity with similar accounting systems.
• Familiarity with journal entries, account analysis, reconciliations, debits & credits, and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Fully bilingual — Spanish and English (required).
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
