DSG Global is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the finance team, reporting to the Controller. You will manage day-to-day billing, collections, and cash processes, and assist with journal entries and monthly close. The role also covers client vendor set-ups to ensure timely payment of fees.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of accounting experience, a BS/BA in accounting or finance, and strong Excel skills. Sage Intacct experience is a plus; excellent communication and confidentiality are

Formación

• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Responsabilidades

• Runs daily and weekly billing processes and manages invoicing
• Supports collections outreach and monitors overdue balances
• Prepares weekly cash reports and assists with cash reconciliations
• Provides journal entry support and assists with month-end close
• Completes client vendor set-ups to facilitate payments
• Supports general ledger activities and close-related tasks
