ebS recruiters LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations across billing, receivables, GL, treasury, AP, and financial reporting. The role involves month-end close, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, preparing invoices, vendor processing, and variance analysis. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of accounting experience, with strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, billing, or accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Support month-end close through journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll tax reconciliations.
• Prepare customer billing and invoices.
• Assist with vendor invoice processing and weekly payment runs.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, working capital, and budget-to-actual variances.
• Research accounting issues and provide financial data and analysis to support business decisions.
• Develop reports and metrics to monitor financial and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate financial records within the ERP system.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
