Job summary

Outdoor Environments Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to handle timely, accurate client invoices, payments, and related reconciliations. You will partner with Project Managers, the Accounting Manager, and multiple departments to ensure precise billing and strong client relationships.

The role requires attention to detail, superb communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with NetSuite and MS Office is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience producing contract specific invoices.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of landscape/construction/design industry processes is helpful.
• Team collaboration between departments and self-motivation are essential.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with NetSuite/ASPIRE LM/ZenDesk/FormStack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate client invoices and reimbursable expense invoices.
• Maintain collection reports and communicate with clients/vendors to secure payments.
• Gather job costing details from project managers to create invoices.
• Review communication materials before sending to clients with QA/QC focus.
• Support projects and office system processes (NetSuite, LMN, MS Office, ZenDesk, FormStack, Aspire LM).
• Collaborate with departments and leadership to build strong client relationships.
