Job summary

ProspectBlue is partnering with a well-established, employee-owned organization in Richmond to hire a Staff Accountant to join their finance team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR and general accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Experience with macros or process automation is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
