About the Role

As an Operational Accountant, you will handle weekly bookkeeping, month-end close, and occasional cleanup projects. Our team focuses on helping construction business owners thrive by providing proactive bookkeeping services.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is proficient in QuickBooks Online
• Has pride in accuracy and attention to detail
• Is organized and able to work in a dynamic environment with limited oversight

General Requirements

• Must reside in the USA
• Provide a completed W-9 form
• Willing to get certified in at least one project management software for contractors
• Have a stable and fast internet connection
• Have a quiet workspace away from distractions
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week
• Contract rate of $25 per hour
