Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant in Miami, FL for an onsite role. The position offers a compensation range of $70,000–$80,000 and a collaborative accounting team environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and strong Excel skills. You’ll support month-end close, AP processing, and financial reporting in a dynamic, employee-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of GAAP and ERP/accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports, analyses, and accounting schedules.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and weekly payment activities.
• Perform reconciliations between subledgers and the general ledger.
• Support month-end reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies, variances, and audit requests.
