Overview:

Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant or experienced Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations at their Medley, FL office. This is an immediate, on-site need due to recent team changes, with potential for hybrid flexibility once fully onboarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process A/P and A/R invoices
• Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Manage T&E expense reports (Travel Bank/Elan preferred)
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close
• Support reporting and collaborate with internal teams

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years in bookkeeping or staff accounting
• Solid grasp of basic accounting (debits, credits, reconciliations)
• NetSuite experience preferred; other ERP experience acceptable
• Proficiency in Excel; strong attention to detail
• Local to Miami area (on-site required to start)
