Job summary

Segrera Associates is seeking a Staff Accountant in the Miami area to support month-end and year-end close processes within a strong corporate environment.

The role involves preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with collaboration across accounting and finance teams on special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of accounting experience required.
• Public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience.
• Ideally a combination of public accounting and private/corporate accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
