Job summary

CFS is seeking a Staff Accountant in Aventura, FL for a full-time, on-site role. You will assist with internal and external financial statements, manage daily cash activity, and support accounts payable and reconciliations.

The position offers exposure to NetSuite, strong accounting fundamentals, and opportunities for process improvements and professional growth. Collaborate with finance leadership on corporate initiatives, and participate in special projects while maintaining accuracy and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of internal and external financial statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain daily cash activity.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and spreadsheets; record and reconcile general ledger transactions.
• Support accounts payable, account reconciliations, and accounting projects.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
