Job summary

Badger Brothers Moving, LLC is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join our rapidly growing team in Wisconsin. You will maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online, handle expenses and billing, and support audits, reconciliations, AR and AP.

The role also covers payroll processing, HR support, performance reporting and KPI tracking, with opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• 1+ years of experience in accounting and administration.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ADP Run, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of tax filing and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online.
• Manage expenses and billing, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Conduct audits/reconciliations and oversee incentive processes.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Run payroll, factoring in hours, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Manage wage deductions, incentives, and compensation programs.
• Conduct performance reporting and forecasting.
• Manage Key Performance Metrics and ensure integrity in tracking and reporting.
• Promote and embody the company's core values and mission.
• Lead and inspire the team, maintaining high standards and ensuring policy compliance.
