Job summary

PartsBadger, LLC. is seeking a Finance Administrator to join the Cedarburg team. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, efficient accounts payable processing, and payroll support, all while maintaining ISO documentation and compliance.

You will partner with the VP of Finance to ensure timely financial operations, accurate reporting, and strong customer service for internal and external partners. This is a full-time, on-site position in Cedarburg, WI.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a financial role.
• Experience with accounting software and CRMs.
• Strong digital, data analytics, and organizational skills.
• Independent problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and send invoices and statements promptly.
• Manage accounts payable and vendor communications.
• Process credit card payments and update customer financial data.
• Maintain ISO documentation and compliance.
• Prepare payroll semimonthly.
• Assist with tax prep and GAAP-related tasks.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Day-to-Day

• Answer customers in a timely manner as related to processing and sending invoices, sending statements, and any other requests submitted by phone and email.
• Complete accounts payable responsibilities, such as reconciling invoices, paying invoices, and communicating with vendors via phone and email.
• Support sales activities daily by processing credit card payments and by updating customers’ financial information.
• Complete customer requests for supplier paperwork, including NDAs.
• Maintain and organize ISO-related documentation, including filing, updating, and maintaining compliance standards.
• Complete payroll on a semimonthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations during all activities.
• Support other financial tasks, such as tax preparation, the preparation of statements, and other duties as assigned, as well as any related to GAAP.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 Years of Experience in a Financial Role
• Experience with Accounting Software and CRMs
• Strong Digital Skills
• Strong Data & Analytical Skills
• Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
• Strong Independent Problem-Solving and Time Management Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field
