Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for a healthcare manufacturing company committed to improving lives through innovative products and solutions. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on inventory accounting and financial reporting. This position requires hands-on experience with SAP, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger maintenance and month-end close activities


• Reconcile inventory accounts and ensure accurate valuation and reporting


• Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting


• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls


• Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and supply chain


• Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)


• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare setting


• Strong working knowledge of SAP (required)


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Experience with inventory accounting is a must


• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

Compensation

$70,000- $80,000
