Job summary

• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash management activities as needed.
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide documents for auditors.
• Help maintain internal controls and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure timely reporting.

• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and the general ledger.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2+ years of accounting experience in public accounting, healthcare, or another industry.
• CPA, CPA candidate, or parts of the CPA exam passed is a plus.Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or healthcare accounting systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
