Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and month-end close activities.
• Background in AP, AR, and payroll functions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities.
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process payroll and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and operational reporting packages.
• Support audit requests, compliance initiatives, and banking reviews.
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Partner with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Contribute to an upcoming ERP and business systems implementation.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
