Job summary

TEKsystems in Hainesport, NJ is seeking a Staff Accountant for an onsite, full-time role. You will work closely with senior leadership, manage general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

You’ll participate in ERP modernization efforts, improve processes, and contribute to a stable, privately held company with comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Disability coverage.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• General ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of month-end close processes.
• AP, AR, and payroll experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP software experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
