Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with 03 years of experience to join our accounting team. Recent grads are welcome. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to support daily accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting compliance across domestic and international operations.

This position is ideal for a motivated accounting professional, preferably bilingual in Korean and English, excited to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in the monthly financial close process for timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and analyses to identify discrepancies.
• Conduct research and provide data for performance reports and projects.
• Assist in preparing tax filings and external reports.
• Coordinate with overseas and remote branches for data collection.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Location : Falls Church, VA (Hybrid, 3 days in office). Sponsorship for employment visas not available.
