Job summary

Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a Senior Accountant who will contribute to key accounting and reporting activities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, assist with monthly and annual closes, and support management reporting while collaborating with FP&A and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • CPA or CPA-track preferred.
  • 3-6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Public accounting experience and/or financial services industry experience highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls.
  • Support intercompany accounting, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and other business partners on accounting-related matters.
  • Assist with the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
