Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4–7 clients at a time.
• Perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Prepare account analyses.
• Support CFO/Controller with monthly/yearly closings on an accrual basis.

**Looking to fill a Part-Time and Full-Time Staff Accountant Position**

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Responsible for managing 4 – 7 clientsduringany given time.
• Perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing
• Responsible for bank reconciliations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+years of experienceinanaccountingdepartmentand/or5+years of experience as a bookkeeper
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook a plus
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fastpacedand demanding environment
