Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 4+ years of experience in an accounting department and/or 5+ years as a bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4–7 clients at a time.
• Perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Prepare account analyses.
• Support CFO/Controller with monthly/yearly closings on an accrual basis.
