  • Accounts Payable: Own the full AP cycle with precision – processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and keeping meticulous records.
  • Financial Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, bringing sharp analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail to every number.
  • Month‑End Reconciliations: Lead monthly close activities with accuracy and accountability, reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring books are clean and current.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner confidently with teams across the organization using clear, professional verbal and written communication.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Public Accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook required.
  • Experience with Workday or similar accounting systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Accounting terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
