Responsibilities

• Process and own full-cycle accounts payable: vendor invoices, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Vendor setup including W-9 and COI collection.
• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable: draw requests, invoicing, lien waivers, collections.
• Monthly reconciliation of subcontractor/vendor accounts to statements.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts; assist cash management tracking.
• Assist with sales/use tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Support month-end/year-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain audit-ready docs for bonding, insurance, and external audits.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
