Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–4 years of accounting experience.
• Solid GAAP knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills; Sage Intacct experience a big plus.
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred, not required.
• Multi-entity or service industry experience is a bonus.

• Reconciliations with banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable.
• Fixed asset maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Support and help drive the month-end close process
  • Reconciliations with banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable
  • Fixed asset maintenance
  • Debt & liability maintenance
  • Debt & liability maintenance
  • Prepaids & accruals
  • Multi-entity allocation
• Prepare financials and analyze performance across entities
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with operations to understand the “why” behind the numbers
• Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements
