Job summary

Liberty Service Partners is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the month-end close, perform reconciliations, and help manage multi-entity financials in Addison, TX. The role offers exposure to diverse brands and direct interaction with operations to explain the numbers.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills; Sage Intacct experience is a plus. This onsite position includes growth opportunities toward Senior Accountant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–4 years of experience preferred.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and analytical mindset.
• Strong Excel skills required; Sage Intacct experience a huge plus.
• Detail-oriented, growth-minded, CPA-eligible preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the month-end close process.
• Perform reconciliations (banks, AR, AP) and fixed assets maintenance.
• Manage debt & liabilities and prepaids & accruals; multi-entity allocation.
• Prepare financials and analyze performance across entities.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Support and help drive the month-end close process
  • Focused in, but not limited to:
    • Reconciliations with banks, accounts receivable, accounts payable
    • Fixed asset maintenance
    • Debt & liability maintenance
    • Debt & liability maintenance
    • Prepaids & accruals
    • Multi-entity allocation
• Prepare financials and analyze performance across entities
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with operations to understand the "why" behind the numbers
• Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
