Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a culinary operations leader for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. You will manage daily culinary operations, schedule staff, and ensure menu quality and cost controls across concessions, suites, and premium areas during all events.

The role requires a culinary degree or apprenticeship, 3+ years in a high-volume kitchen, strong leadership and financial analysis skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Flexibility for extended hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship.
• Minimum three years of experience in a high-volume full-service food operation.
• Proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies, quality and costs.
• Must have leadership, financial analysis, team-building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations and daily schedules in assigned department.
• Coordinate and participate in event operations; monitor food and labor costs.
• Create innovative menu offerings in response to guest and client feedback.
• Lead a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure health department compliance and safety in all kitchen activities.
• Maintain menu specifications, recipes, costs, and production forecasts; update as needed.
• Manage inventory and labor control; maintain clean, sanitized work areas.
• Provide efficient service and strong guest relations during all stadium events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
