Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead on-site concessions operations at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. This hands-on role focuses on event execution, staff leadership, and guest service from setup to breakdown.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 2+ years in high-volume foodservice, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Availability for all stadium events is required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in high-volume foodservice or concessions.
• Availability for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games and major events.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coach part-time team members and volunteers during events, promoting guest service and safety.
• Ensure stand setup, cleanliness, product levels, and functioning equipment on event days.
• Maintain inventory control through stand audits and waste reduction.
