Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Sous Chef for George Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, FL. You will oversee all culinary operations, manage production and sanitation, and lead a team to deliver high-quality service during game days, concerts, and events.

The role requires a culinary degree or ACF apprenticeship, 3+ years in high-volume kitchens, and strong leadership and cost-management skills. Candidates must be able to work late/long hours and weekends as events demand.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree/certification from an accredited culinary arts program or apprenticeship through the American Culinary Federation.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a high-volume full-service operation.
• Strong leadership, financial analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary operations in assigned department.
• Manage daily schedules and coordinate event operations to control food and labor costs.
• Write, cost, test, and update menu specifications and recipes.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
