Terrible Herbst, Inc. is seeking an innovative General Manager for the WSKY Stadium venue in Las Vegas.

This leadership role oversees daily operations, F&B, guest experience, marketing, events, and community partnerships while driving revenue growth and profitability. The General Manager will lead a large, diverse team, foster a culture of hospitality, and partner with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences at a high-energy stadium setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in leadership in F&B or hospitality preferred.
• Experience managing large teams and operations.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stadium venue operations daily with a focus on guest experience.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Coach and develop cross-functional teams across F&B, events, and marketing.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
