Job summary

WSKY Stadium in Las Vegas is seeking a Group Dining Manager to lead banquet, large group events, and high-volume restaurant and gaming operations, reporting to the General Manager.

You will develop and oversee hourly teams, enforce SOPs, coordinate events with the Executive Chef, and drive guest satisfaction while managing budgets and beverage costs in a demanding hospitality setting. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and ability to read gaming reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of F&B management experience in high-volume settings.
• Familiarity with gaming operations and par levels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gaming, high-volume restaurant, and banquet operations.
• Coordinate events and BEOs with GM and Executive Chef.
• Coach FOH team, monitor service standards, and guest experience.
• Manage budgets, beverage costs, and food cost controls.
• Ensure health, safety, and gaming regulatory compliance.
