Job summary

WSKY Stadium in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee the tavern, banquet events, and front-of-house operations. You will lead hourly staff, manage guest experience, and drive gaming, food, and liquor sales while maintaining cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and familiarity with Toast POS and other restaurant software. You will work to ensure OSHA, Health District, and local regulations compliance during high-volume events at Allegiant

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume gaming tavern operations.
