Job summary

University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill seeks a Business Services Coordinator to supervise the Kenan Stadium Complex, manage budgeting, purchasing, and facilities operations. The role reports to athletic facilities leadership and collaborates with coaches and administrators to ensure top-tier venue management.

Responsibilities include directing facilities staff, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing external contractors during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and administer all aspects of the management, maintenance, and scheduling of the Kenan Stadium Complex.
• Assist upper management with the finances of the Kenan Stadium Complex, including budgeting and purchasing.
• Direct the work of Athletic Facilities Workers, Housekeepers, maintenance mechanics and temporary staff as required.
• Coordinate scheduling of Facilities Services work and oversee work by outside contractors.
