Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring Culinary Supervisors for both full-time and part-time roles. You will supervise cooks, ensure food quality, and manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers $18.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits. Prior supervisory experience as a line cook is preferred; no college degree is required. Shift evenings, weekends, and events with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a line cook with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong math skills for recipe measurements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meet quality standards.
• Maintain walk-ins and freezers, ensure kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Oversee proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Help maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
