Job summary

Orlando City SC is seeking a Fan Ambassador (Part-Time) to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Inter Co Stadium. You will welcome guests, check tickets, answer questions, and report issues to the Guest Experience team.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in sports or entertainment, strong communication, and the ability to work 80%+ of home matches and events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+, pass a background check, and be able to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in sporting or entertainment venue preferred.
• Ability to handle stressful customer service situations with poise.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Schedule availability for no less than 80% of home matches and events.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Must pass a background check and attain SafeSport certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at gates and assist with tickets and directions.
• Deliver excellent service according to the stadium's Gold Standard.
• Provide accurate directions within Inter Co Stadium and surrounding areas.
• Engage with fans throughout the stadium and exterior Fan Zone.
• Report fan concerns to leadership in a timely manner.
• Have extensive knowledge of stadium policies and amenities.
• Communicate key messages to guests clearly.
• Maintain a professional, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.
• Be punctual and reliable for attendance and shifts.
• Collaborate with security, food service, ticket operations, merchandise, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
