Job summary

Orlando City SC & Orlando Pride seek a Part-Time Stadium Security Guard to help protect Inter.Co Stadium and its guests. You will maintain safe operations, monitor CCTV, respond to emergencies, and support event-day security coverage.

The role requires a high school diploma, security experience, and the ability to obtain required licenses. A bilingual candidate is preferred; independent work and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security-related college coursework preferred; military experience a plus.
• 6–12 months security experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Patrol stadium property to monitor intrusion, damage, hazards, and breaches.
• Provide a visible security presence and respond to emergencies.
• Monitor CCTV and access, including event and non-event days.
• Assist with event-day security coverage and coordinate with authorities when needed.
• Document incidents and prepare reports; maintain professional appearance.
