Job summary

Orlando City SC is seeking a Fan Ambassador (Part-Time) to join the Guest Experience team at Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando. You will welcome guests, check tickets, answer questions, and report feedback to leadership to ensure an exceptional experience at events.

The role requires availability for 80% of home matches for Orlando City and Orlando Pride, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a sporting or entertainment venue.
• Ability to handle stressful customer service situations with poise and professionalism.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to pass a background check and SafeSport certification.
• Availability for 80% of Orlando City home matches and related events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at gates and assist with directions.
• Deliver excellent customer service to fans entering and leaving the stadium.
• Provide accurate information and respond to guest needs.
• Proactively engage with fans inside and around the Fan Zone.
• Report fan concerns to leadership in the Guest Experience Dept.
• Maintain knowledge of stadium policies, services and amenities.
• Communicate key messages to guests clearly and professionally.
• Present an approachable and empathetic attitude.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with security, food service, ticket operations, merchandising and maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
