Oak View Group seeks a Building Maintenance Engineer to operate, maintain, and repair Ryan Field facilities. You’ll manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support events to ensure safety and top-notch guest experience.

The role involves monitoring BAS, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining records in CMMS. A strong technical background, problem-solving, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/technical certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in commercial, institutional, or sports/entertainment facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment with minimal supervision.
• Experience reading blueprints and manuals; proficient with hand/power tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Monitor Building Automation System (BAS) to optimize performance and comfort.
• Troubleshoot and repair air handlers, pumps, boilers, chillers, lighting, and plumbing/electrical components.
• Complete routine inspections and schedule maintenance to prevent failures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs; maintain CMMS records.
• Assist with event setup/breakdown and coordinate with contractors; monitor energy use.
