Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Soldier Field is expanding its event-day Sports & Entertainment intern team for the 2026 season. This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to large-scale event operations, hospitality, and venue management at one of Chicago’s iconic venues.

We seek undergraduate or graduate students in Sports & Entertainment Management, Hospitality, or related fields who can commute to the stadium. The program runs August 11 through January 10, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Sports & Entertainment Management, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability for full-stadium, ticketed events (Bears games and concerts).
• Genuine enthusiasm for sports, entertainment, hospitality, and live event operations.

Responsibilities

• Event Day Operations: Support check-in/check-out for employees, nonprofits, subcontractors, and temporary event staff.
• Operational Support: Assist with event setup, troubleshooting, and general operational needs to ensure smooth event execution.
• Learning & Development: Build a strong understanding of event operations and hospitality through hands-on experience in a live venue environment.
