Qualifications

Current undergraduate or graduate student in Sports & Entertainment Management, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
Strong communication, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Available for full-stadium, ticketed events (Bears games and concerts).
Interested in sports, entertainment, hospitality and live event operations.

Responsibilities

Event Day Operations: Support check-in/out for employees, nonprofits, subcontractors, and temporary event staff.
Operational Support: Assist with event setup, troubleshooting, and general operational needs.
Learning & Development: Build understanding of event operations and hospitality in a live venue.
