Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Coordinator to support planning and execution of events at Soldier Field. You will coordinate with clients, facility departments, vendors, and event staff to ensure flawless operations and outstanding service.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events in a fast-paced stadium environment, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, facility operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and follow-up of events at Soldier Field.
• Serve as liaison between clients, facility departments, vendors, contractors, and event staff.
• Communicate timelines, requirements, and deadlines to clients and internal teams.
