Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates, on behalf of Revolution Dining Room, is seeking a dining room attendant to deliver exceptional customer service and oversee front-of-house operations during meals. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work as a team member.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to attending home soccer games and stadium events.

Responsibilities

• Set-up the Dining Room for meal service and ensure proper handling of equipment.
• Serve guests efficiently with first-class customer service and maintain the Dining Room during service.
• Meet all service standards including cleaning, stocking, inventory, food, and customer service.
• Break-down the Dining Room after meal service and store items safely.
• Report supply needs to Supervisor and Management.
• Maintain confidentiality of Dining Room operations and comply with policies.
• Deliver food and service equipment to the Dining Room as required.
• Perform special projects as business dictates.
• Protect personally identifiable information and comply with privacy standards.
