Job summary

Kraft Group LLC's Revolution Dining Room is seeking a front-of-house associate to deliver exceptional guest service during meals and events. You will set up the Dining Room, assist servers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth service while following FOH standards.

Role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and large stadium events; Serv-Safe certification training provided; strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work as a team member.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to attend home soccer games and other stadium events.

Responsibilities

• Set-up the Dining Room for meal service per department standards.
• Efficiently and accurately service guests while maintaining first-class service.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Break down the Dining Room after service and store equipment properly.
• Report supply needs to Supervisor and Management.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies of Dining Room Operations.
• Assist with delivering food and service equipment as required.
